Conceva proudly stands behind the quality of all our products. Every Item made and sold by Conceva is guaranteed. For any reason you are not satisfied with your product it can be returned for a full refund.
You may return any item in the original unused state and unaltered in any way, which fails to meet your approval within 15 days of receipt for a refund, shipping and handling charges excluded. The refund will be done in a timely manner after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Conceva reserves the right to refuse returns on used and damaged product.
All original paperwork and documentation and packaging must be supplied with your return.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE of our products applies only to manufacturers defects and/or omissions and workmanship. Customer exclusive remedy will be replacement product of equal value. Expenses for removal and replacement costs are not covered.
We request information from you on our order form. To purchase from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so they are determined on a per order basis. Insurance can vary, but generally it is $4.00 per $1000.00 of value of the goods being shipped. For shipping outside Canada Fedex is required for any valuable packages.
